1.Before service

Provide proposals of production,machine technology consultion,sample cutting, machine lectotype before sign the contract.

2.Installation

We can help you to arrange the shipment ,and send our engineers to provide service for resembling machine with free charge.They will finish the machine resembling and debugging in 1--7 days when in reasonable situation ,and promise tidiness,neat and well ordered debugging condition.

3.Technical Training

Provide free technicial training . We will provide more than 4 days technical training for the operator from buyer at the maintenance center of scene of the buyer or saller's country until the operator can normally use this machine by himself.

4.Equipment Maintenance

To provide full after-sale service

Promises:Machines for one year free warranty and lifetime maintenance. Machines are broken down within the warranty (except human factors and force majeure),our side is responsible for free repair,spare parts need to be replaced charge according to the actual repire after the warranty period.

Q.4 What is the guarantee policy?Quality guarantee time?

The guarantee period of quality shall be 12 months counting from the date on which the commodity arrives at the port of destination. Except the damage is artificial ,we are responsible for offering the fittings free of charge during the guarantee period, but you must send the damaged fittings to us by courier with your charge before we send back the alternative fittings to you(unless some problemed parts need no return).Out of the guaranteed period, should the parts required to be repaired or replaced, if any, service and parts will be charged.

Q.5 What is the cost of machine-installation,debugging and training?

In Chinese market:our company bears all the costs of installation, crew-training and debugging .

In overseas market:the foreign customers can come to our Company for training studying , we provide free board and lodging. and training arrangement ;Another way is that our company dispatches technical engineer to the customer location for installation and training as required by buyer. The technical engineer's all expenses are to be borne by the Customer party. The machine installation will be completed within 3-5 days for the users.

Q.6 What is your after-sales service mode?

We provide perfect service,our service include Pre-sales service and After-sales service.

After-sales service,training to install(3 ways):

"The first way:we will supply the machine with training video and user's manual in English for installing, operation, maintenance and trouble-shooting, and shall give technical guide by e-mail, fax, telephone/ Wechat/ Skype/ whatsapp/ QQ and so on when you meet some problems of installation, using or adjusting.

The second way:you can come to Baisheng Laser factory for training. Baisheng Laser will offer professional guide. Direct and effective face-to-face training. Here we have assembled equipments, all sorts of tools and testing facility. Training Time: 3~5 days

The third way:our engineer will do a door-to-door instruction training service at your local site. We need your help to deal with the visa formality, prepaid traveling expenses and accommodation to us during the business trip and service period before their dispatch. It's better to arrange a translator for both of our engineers during the training period. Training Time: 7 days
Remark: The charge of visa application ,round air ticket, accommodation expenses in your country will burden by your side.

After machine installation and testing proper functioning, provide technical training not less than two days until the Customer's operator reaches the normal use of the device so far.
